What the site is

Where the inventory comes from
The table shows the rows of the inventory sheet as supplied. Figures such as price, DSCR, cap rate, total down and deposit structure are the sheet’s, not CMHC’s, and are not verified by CMHC. Confirm every number in the data room and with your lender. Each listing’s “Open data room” button goes straight to its data room, a Google Drive folder.
How often it refreshes
The inventory is read from the sheet about every 15 minutes. Beside the table, a data-source note shows where the rows were loaded from and when. CMHC figures carry the date they were last checked against CMHC.
